The reason that this is a 4 and not a perfect 5 is because it takes too long to get an appointment set up. The location is nice, their office is very clean, the staff is very friendly and easy to talk with and the doctor i saw was helpful and easy to talk with. I have a follow up appointment and itd be preferred to have it set up before i leave or within a few days, instead i have to wait weeks or even months just to be told when my appointment is. I'm okay with the appointment date being months later, because i understand it gets very busy, but id just like to know when the appointment is .

Extremely disappointed with one person who works at this office, Sheela. I called on two different occasions to confirm information regarding a surgery that was poorly communicated to me. Both times this receptionist has been extremely rude and impatient. Does not know how to speak with clients in a professional matter.

My son has physio here post his knee surgery. All physiotherapist and their assistants are professional and good at what they do. They really played important role in my son's recovery. He is almost walking independently without crutches and surgery was less than month ago. Physiotherapy center is located on 4th floor and very clean and spacious with big bright windows overlooking square one mall and city center drive. There is 2h free parking on weekdays and Saturdays parking is free.

I was here after my rotator cuff surgery. Was really happy with the exercise protocol and treatment offered. Slow and steady progress over a few months. I am almost 90% back on track. Thanks to V and her team for all the help and support! Would recommend this place anytime!

I have had 3 surgeries, coming up on my 4th and I would not go anywhere other then to see theseOrthopedic surgeons, Dr. C and Dr. M . These gentleman are knowledgeable, forth coming and professional. I have not experienced and post operative issues from any of my surgeries. I would highly recommend these surgeons and there co-workers.Thank you for the bilateral knee replacements and shoulder repairs!!!!!Linda Anstie

Mississauga Physio are great to work with. From the reception staff to my massage therapist, Denys, I am always pleased when I leave. Making good progress on my back issues.

The doctors are good and very knowledgeable there. The staff is nice but I don’t like its location.specially when most of the people going there are either old age or have some walking problems. I went there for the cortisone shot at my heel for planter fasciitis,It was very difficult for me to walk back to my car. The clinic is at second floor and its a good walk from the parking if you don’t park close by.

I have been going to Mississauga Physiotherapy & Orthopedic Centre for the past 3 years. Initially I started going to physiotherapy due to 2 separate leg injuries I sustained. I used to see V" for my physiotherapy treatments. She is amazing!! She suggested I start massage therapy which I finally decided to do. I've been getting my massage therapy from Dennis for the past 2 years now. I go once month for maintenance and it's the best decision I've made. I used to have chronic lower back pain and I haven't had any issues with my lower back for some time now.The staff are friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Mississauga Physiotherapy & Orthopedic Centre."

I had my shoulder surgery in December 2022. In the past I have been getting treatments from different Physiotherapy centers since 2016 but I was never satisficed with their services. I found out about this amazing place from my surgeon. When I got here at Mississauga Physiotherapy and Orthopedic center to get my first treatment after my surgery, I got a pleasant surprise to see this center with lots of services, updated equipment, neat and clean place. The staff is highly trained, professional and kind. It will be very unfair if I do not mention some of them. Vaibhavi Satam is amazing. she loves her job and will give everyone a special attention. She is kind supportive and very caring. You can feel that she knows her job and she really loves her job.Yusra is soooo sweet and kind. She really knows how to bring a smile on a patient's face. She is supper kind and caring. As I needed enough time to learn new exercises and Yusra never rushed me she repeated all the exercises over and over with a beautiful smile on her face until I got mastered.Fatima(sunny), is also another kind person. She is very hard working and she knows her job. She helped me to learn so many exercises and get better.In short it is a very nice center and neat center with highly trained professional staff. Waited 4 months for a referral to see Dr. James Rofaiel … which is understandable .. specialists are busy! However dismissed me within 7 minutes, did not seem to care about the root of my issue and was told that “orthotics” will make it all better. Truthfully it felt very rushed and unresponsive.
